you can be trained. the younger ones may be more advanced than you butyou can catch up. it takes at least 10 years to be a professional at an intstrument. that includes voice.
I think if your voice is strong now, it wont be too late for starting training! My friend started taking classical Indian musics lessons at 12, we’re 14 now, but her voice isn’t as developed as yours is maybe so it’s going pretty slow.
