Hi. I take Kathak and enjoy it very much. see the difference between kathak and bharatnatyam is that bharatnatyam is more of only footwork and balance. Kathak uses both arms and legs and feet. I personally like Kathak better, but its really up to you!

kathak is more of a steady dance…most of the steps are similar in a way but in bharathanatyam therez a variety…its not easy as u think but once u get it…its gud…it will give u a good figure too
